Team Glasses, LLC (“TGL”) is compensated by the issuer for publicizing the sale of the tokens of Lucidity-Tech (“Company”). Payment is made in cash and is billed monthly. As of the last day of the previous month, the Company had paid TGL $15,000 for its services, which commenced June 1, 2018. Additional fees may have accrued since the beginning of this month.
